As a company and as structural builders we started as a small family run business based in South Liverpool that provided all aspects of structural alterations and structural repair works to both domestic and commercial clients.

We then employed employees and now all of them are time served tradespeople and fully competent and more than qualified and experienced for every structural service in the North West .

We provide free no obligation quotations sent via email and we can quote on every domestic and commercial structural project.

Our only exception to providing a free quotation is if you do not own the premises or are in the stages of purchasing it. In this scenario we would charge a fee to provide a quotation but if you decide to choose us to carry out your work then we will reimburse you.  

Unless you are looking for our structural engineer in which we will send a quote for our structural engineer to come out and provide you with a structural survey . 

Work Hours

Our hours of work are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4PM but if you want to contact us after or before these times we encourage you to fill in our contact form .

Should you accept our quotation and we start the works we would meet before hand and schedule a start date for the works to commence . 

Payment

Payment is regularly sent to us via direct bank transfer and but in some cases with larger projects an interim payment plan must be set up and payments are made to us periodically . 

Completion

After the work has been completed the site/property will be completely clean and the job completed as seen in the specification .

In the extremely unlikely events of any defects, there will be a period set out where we will come back to assess and remedy any defects. All of this will be discussed when you receive our standard start of works documentation.
